Innovation in proton therapy was front-and-centre at the ASTRO Annual Meeting, along with advances in other cutting-edge modalities – among them MR-guided adaptive radiotherapy, combined immunotherapy–radiotherapy approaches and stereotactic treatments for oligometatastic disease.
